Jaclyn Salinas is a Beauty Industry Strategist, Salon Business Consultant, and Mentor with 20+ years of experience in the beauty industry. Her career spans behind-the-chair artistry, salon ownership, operations, leadership, and team development.
Today, Jaclyn works alongside salon owners to bring structure, strategy, and clarity to the business behind the beauty. She helps owners strengthen their operations, build intentional cultures, and create smart, sustainable growth—without losing the heart of what makes their salon unique.
Her approach is rooted in real-world experience, honest insight, and a deep belief that beauty businesses can be both highly successful and deeply human.
MY WHY
I know firsthand that access to education, resources, and experienced guidance is not equal. In this industry, many of the tools that help businesses grow require significant investment, and not every owner has the same starting point or the same access to those resources.
My own career was built through experience, resourcefulness, and finding opportunities to learn outside of traditional pathways. That experience shaped the way I approach this work today.
Godis was created to make that knowledge more accessible. I work alongside stylists and salon owners to provide the structure, strategy, and real-world guidance they need to make informed decisions, strengthen their businesses, and grow with intention.
