Through her Beauty Business Framework, Jaclyn teaches stylists, salon owners, and students how the beauty industry actually works—not just behind the chair, but across every role that shapes a sustainable career.

How I Built Experience Without Access
I found purpose in service and gratitude—but not in an abstract way. It came from real life.
There was a time when I didn’t have access to the education or advanced classes I dreamed of taking. They were expensive, out of reach, and not an option for me. So instead, I chose another path: I created hands-on experience by offering my services for free to anyone who needed them.
What started as necessity became purpose.
Over the years, this opened the door to working with individuals and communities I might not have otherwise reached—from recovery centers and shelters to hospitals and long-term care environments. It was never about strategy. It was about access, experience, and showing up where I could serve.
My early life was also shaped by the support of nonprofits, which provided stability and care when my family needed it most. That experience stayed with me and deepened my commitment to giving back in any way I could.
For over a decade, I’ve continued that work through complimentary services and community support, because I understand what it feels like to be on the receiving end of help—and what it means to be able to give it.
For me, community work has never been separate from my career. It is part of who I am and how I learned to grow.
At the core of it all is a simple truth: real impact isn’t just about what you create behind the chair—it’s about how you show up for people when access, opportunity, or support isn’t guaranteed.
