My mission is to help beauty professionals see the full scope of what’s possible in this industry—not just behind the chair, but across every path it offers.

I’ve lived every layer of this career—from sweeping hair, to standing behind the chair, to building and running a salon, to managing operations and mentoring others along the way. Through that experience, I share the systems, lessons, and real-world understanding that aren’t always taught in cosmetology school.

I’m here to help professionals build clarity, confidence, and direction so they can create careers that are both profitable and meaningful.
